CAPS Assessments have been rescheduled due to the rain out.

The new date is:
Thursday, Jan 25 at 4:00pm

Please try to arrive 20 minutes early to check in, turn in your paperwork, and get your player's number.

I know that this new date and time may be inconvenient for some families. It was picked because it is the only time in the next week that all the managers and league volunteers are available to evaluate players and run the assessments.

We need EVERY CAPS PLAYER who has not yet assessed to attend this Thursday. This means that your player may have to miss their piano lesson, their soccer practice, their tutoring session, or their play date with their bestie. You may have to reschedule that routine dental/medical appointment or cancel their after-school care for one day. You may have to leave work early or arrange special transportation to get them to Cleator by 4pm.

It takes a ton of volunteer hours to run an assessment. PLL Board Members and managers are making sacrifices to be present on Thursday to make sure every player receives a fair assessment.

We know that some players attend "late release" schools. If this is the case for you player, please get them to Cleator as soon as you can, even if it's a few (or several) minutes late.

Nobody wanted Saturday's assessments to rain out....but it did.
And now we all have to do the best we can to make sure every player in CAPS receives a fair assessment.

This means that if your player did not assess on Jan 13,
THEY MUST ASSESS ON THURSDAY, JAN 25 AT 4PM.
Do everything in your power to get them there!


If your player did not attend assessments on Jan 13 and there is absolutely no way for them to attend on Jan 25, you must contact the Player Agent at [email protected] prior to Jan 25 to coordinate an alternate plan.
